By using AfriResearch, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the platform.
2. Publication Services
AfriResearch provides academic publication services with the following package structure:
- Basic Package: $10 per publication
- Professional Package: $25 per publication (Coming Soon)
- Enterprise Package: $50 per publication (Coming Soon)
3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
- Payment is required only after peer review approval.
- Currently accepting Airtel Money payments only.
- All fees are non-refundable once the publication is approved.
- Failed transactions will be automatically reversed.
- Payment disputes must be raised within 24 hours.
4. User Account Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and current account information.
- Protect account credentials and report unauthorized access.
- One account per researcher or author.
- Email verification is required for activation.
- Accounts may be suspended for terms violations.
5. Publication Guidelines
- All submissions must be original work.
- Maximum file size: 50MB for the main publication.
- Accepted format: PDF only.
- Supplementary files are limited to 100MB each.
- Proper citations and references are required.
- Plagiarized content is not allowed.
6. Review Process
- All submissions undergo expert peer review.
- Review decisions typically take 2 to 4 weeks.
- Editorial decisions are final.
- Rejected submissions may be revised and resubmitted.
7. Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain copyright of their work.
- The platform is granted non-exclusive distribution rights.
- Authors are responsible for third-party content permissions.
- Digital certificates are platform-specific.
8. Content Removal
We may remove content that:
- Violates intellectual property rights.
- Contains plagiarized material.
- Includes harmful or inappropriate content.
- Breaches academic integrity standards.
9. Service Modifications
- Platform features may change without notice.
- Pricing changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
- These terms may be updated periodically.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
- AfriResearch is not responsible for content accuracy.
- We are not liable for service interruptions.
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own content copies.
11. Termination
Accounts may be terminated for:
- Violating these terms.
- Fraudulent activities.
- Repeated inappropriate submissions.
- Abuse of platform features.
