The system uses advanced sensors to continuously monitor vital signs and daily activities, collecting valuable data that is processed using machine learning algorithms. These AI driven models analyze each user’s health history, behavior patterns, and current data to offer personalized recommendations, rather than relying on generic advice. Over time Health-Sync learns from the user’s habits and evolving health status, making its suggestions more accurate and relevant.
