I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at DMI-St. John the Baptist University in Lilongwe, Malawi. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in business principles, including marketing, finance, and strategic management. Through my studies and internship experience in the insurance sector, I have developed practical insights into how organizations operate within dynamic business environments. My research interests are centered on marketing and business innovation, particularly in the area of personalized marketing strategies and their impact on customer engagement and revenue generation. I am also interested in digital transformation, especially how digital financial services—such as SMS-based platforms—can enhance financial inclusion in developing economies like Malawi. Additionally, I have a growing interest in leveraging technology to improve access to education, such as through digital learning solutions.
